For a comfortable and orderly stay, all guests are expected to comply with the following house rules.
a) All guests (and by extension, any visitors to the apartment) must comply with these rules and any others that the owners may establish, from arrival until departure.
b) Guests must notify the owner immediately of any problems, disputes, or complaints with neighbors.
a) This apartment is suitable for children of all ages. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of any children accompanying them throughout their stay and for any disturbance they may cause to the neighbors.
b) Guests and their visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other neighbors and residents of the complex, especially during sleeping hours and when arriving at and departing from the property.
c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in the termination of the guests' stay, eviction, forfeiture of the full amount paid for the stay, and a reduction of the security deposit (if applicable).
d) Guests and their visitors are strictly prohibited from behaving disrespectfully towards the neighbors of the complex.
a) There is no maximum number of visits guests may have; we rely on their common sense.
b) All guests must comply with the rules set forth in this document.
c) If a guest wishes to stay overnight at the property, this must be communicated and approved during the booking process and will be subject to any additional fees specified in the final price.
a) Any parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
b) Any small gatherings must comply with the previously stated rules regarding noise, neighbors, and visitors.
a) Guests and visitors must comply with all applicable parking regulations and be considerate of neighbors and their vehicles.
b) The parking space assigned to the apartment is located in Block 3 (the same building as the apartment), 4th floor, space number 77.
c) It is forbidden to leave your car in any other space, even briefly, as all spaces are reserved and it is very inconvenient to arrive and find your space occupied by another vehicle.
a) Guests and their visitors are responsible for their trash and recycling.
b) No trash or waste of any kind may be left in common areas or public spaces. Bags and waste must be deposited in the containers located on the street, exiting through the pool gate.
c) Guests are free to recycle at their own expense. Space in the kitchen is limited, and multiple bins for separating waste cannot be provided.
a) Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed to maintain security and prevent damage in case of rain.
b) Guests must turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronic devices when not needed to conserve energy. Leaving the air conditioning on when not in the apartment is not permitted, especially for extended absences.
c) The apartment has an alarm system, but guests may not arm or disarm it; only the owner can do so.
d) The alarm will be deactivated whenever the apartment is rented, and the security cameras will be turned off to protect your privacy. Do not tamper with any part of the alarm system, as this could trigger it.
a) Guests may use the pool within the complex and must comply with the rules and schedule established by the community.
b) Before entering the pool, guests must use the showers located at the entrance, especially after coming from the beach.
c) For safety reasons, both for yourself and other users, the use of glass objects is not permitted near the pool.
a) Guests are responsible for supervising and monitoring children when using the terrace, for their safety and to prevent them from throwing anything off.
b) The terrace parasol must be used responsibly, closing it if necessary when the wind is strong enough to knock it over or break it.
c) In case of rain, it is mandatory to take down the pergola to prevent damage. It is also recommended to leave it taken down at the end of the rental period and upon leaving the apartment.
a) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment during your stay.
b) If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside the apartment, on the terrace, taking the necessary precautions and collecting all cigarette butts and ashes.
a) Animals are not allowed in this vacation rental.
a) Any damage or defects that occur during your stay must be reported to the owner.
b) To prevent damage, moving furniture from one room to another is prohibited without the owner's prior consent.
c) Towels provided in the bathroom may not be taken outside the property. Their use is exclusively for inside the apartment and they should not be taken outside, for example, to the beach or pool.
d) Please use the toilet responsibly, avoiding flushing cotton swabs, sanitary napkins, or trash. A wastebasket is provided in the bathroom for this purpose.
a) The rules for leaving the apartment, such as handing over keys, security, cleaning, etc., will be given by the owner or, failing that, by the person in charge, either verbally or by any other means.

a) Failure to comply with any of these rules constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions applicable to the holiday rental agreement.
b) The owner (in the event of a serious breach of the rules) has the right to terminate the guest's stay if the guest fails to comply with the house rules or causes serious disturbances to neighbors and other residents of the community.
